{"id":1578,"date":"2018-09-27T10:15:36","date_gmt":"2018-09-27T10:15:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.rioplano.pt\/?p=1578"},"modified":"2018-09-27T10:32:43","modified_gmt":"2018-09-27T10:32:43","slug":"coruche-historical-center-third-fase","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rioplano.pt\/?p=1578","title":{"rendered":"Coruche Historical Center &#8211; Third Fase"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It was recently adjudicated to Rio Plano the last phase of the Urban Rehabilitation Project in the Historic Center of Coruche, and also planned to intervene in Rua 5 de Outubro, an important axis in the whole village.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Over the last eight years the atelier has developed a series of rehabilitation and urban regeneration projects for the historical center and riverside area of Coruche, in its varied aspects, potentiating all this zone as a new attractive pole of this Ribatejana village, situated on the slope overlooking the right bank of the Sorraia River.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Council also intends to launch recently the contract for the second phase of this process, in the historic center, after the execution of the first phase, namely the requalification of the riverside area of Av.
